We want you to love your Qumadi purchase. If your selected size doesn’t fit, we offer a one-time size exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a size exchange:

1. Send us a WhatsApp message within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our sales representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible to assist with the exchange process.

• Size exchanges are only accepted for unused, unworn items with original packaging and tags intact.

• Exchange availability depends on stock.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized orders, sale items, or accessories.
