Some names are just names. Ours means something more. Qumadi is a Punjabi word for a woman who does it all, and does it beautifully. She runs the home and she runs the meeting. She holds tradition close with one hand and reaches for her dreams with the other. She is confident, independent, and completely herself. She never waits for permission to take up space. She simply does. That woman is who we make our clothes for. She is the reason Qumadi exists.
